How secure are my bill payment and personal information?
Quincy Medical Group utilizes GeoTrust’s 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology for secure Internet Protocol (IP) transactions. GeoTrust employs industry leading encryption hardware and software methods and security protocols to protect customer information.
Where is my Guarantor Number?
Your Guarantor Number is located in the center of your bill, near the top. If you do not have a copy of your Quincy Medical Group Statement, you may contact 217-222-6550, ext. 3444 to obtain your Guarantor Number.
Can I view my statement online?
No, you cannot view your statement online. If you wish to obtain your current balance or arrange a payment plan, you may call 217-222-6550, ext. 3444
Can I apply my payment to a specific portion of my bill?
No. Payments are applied to your oldest balance, first in, first out (FIFO).
I have several family members on each statement. Who is “responsible” for the payment?
The person responsible for payment is the person to which the statement is addressed.
When will my online payment apply to my account?
Please allow two business days for your online payment to apply to your account.
Will I have the ability to view my recent payments when I log in?
Yes. When you log in your 10 most recent payments will be displayed at the bottom of the payment page.
How can I confirm Quincy Medical Group received my payment?
A confirmation e-mail will be delivered to the e-mail address you supplied at registration. Your online payment will also be reflected in your next monthly statement.
What type of credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Additionally, any debit card with the Visa or MasterCard logo will be accepted.
